D-Link has released Omna 180 Cam, its first smart security camera. With the integration of Apple HomeKit, the security camera delivers more convenient controls and interactions with other smart home devices.

The Omna 180 Cam is an advanced, Apple HomeKit-enabled smart security camera that measures 5.2 x 2.28 x 2.28 inches and weighs 8.18 oz. With its compact cylindrical design, you can easily deploy the camera anywhere in your room. The bead blasted casing shows off modern elegance that allows it to blend well with various interior decoration styled.

The security camera comes equipped with a 180-degree wide-angle lens that’s able to capture an entire room, and it supports 1080p video recording in order to display every detail in the room. Meanwhile, integrated infra-red LEDs allow it to work well even in complete darkness, and built-in microphone and speaker let you talk with your family wherever you’re.

Furthermore, built-in motion sensor enabled it to automatically detect any motion in the room. The smart security camera can record video clips with sound whenever motion is detected, and you will receive alerts at the same time.
