Using integrated, Riley monitors any motion in your house, and movable feature enables the robotic to be a nice mobile companion that streams real-time video or captures interesting photos.
The Riley is an innovative, app-controlled smart security camera that measures 5.9 x 4.05 x 3.85 inches. Unlike most of home security cameras that need to be fixed on a specific place, the robotic Riley is movable. Using its grippy belts, the robot can travel on any surface in your house from wood floors to thick, shaggy carpets, and the belts ensures Riley moves smoothly and stably throughout any terrain without getting stuck. If being flipped over, the robot will automatically stand up and continue his mission.
The Riley features a 5MP HD camera with night light and motion sensor in order to guard your house with the “keen eye”. Once any motion in your house has been detected, the robot will send a notification to your smartphone. Moreover, built-in WiFi connectivity enables it to join your local network, so you can use your smartphone to remotely control the robotic security camera no matter where you are, and built-in microphone allows you to make video chat with your family members.
In addition, the smart security camera comes with a dedicatedly designed charging station. When it’s running low on battery, the Riley can automatically return to the dock for charging.
The Riley has been available for preorder on Indiegogo. You can pledge $137 to own the robotic security camera. It will be shipped in July this year. BTW, also don’t miss mySight 2K HD video camera and more related cool stuff by following tags.
