This is a handmade silver ring, made by Maciek, a craftman living in Brooklyn. Just as we see, a well-known arcade game character Pacman has been attached to the ring. Six champagne little diamonds are placed on either side of the silver Pacman. That makes the Pacman look like being going to sink his teeth into the diamond.
