We can build a teardrop camping trailer from scratch, but if you have a cargo go, you may more like to convert it into a camper van. Agree? Let’s keep checking how to achieve it.
Zach Both, a young filmmaker turned his cargo van into a fully featured campervan. As we can see from the images, the interior of the cargo go has been transformed into a practical living space that offers a comfortable bed, hidden kitchen in a table, a stool with a foam seat and hidden trash can, a mini fridge and more. There are solar panels on the top of the camper van in order to supply power for the fridge, fan, light, fridge and kitchen units. Zach spent about two to three months on finishing the camper van, and the empty cargo van was bought for $4k, while the cost of materials, tools, new tires and several repairs is approx $8k, so the total cost of the van conversion is around $12k. No problem? Then all steps have been detailed on The Vanual, the dedicated site to guide you how to convert a cargo van into a camper van, or check out the following images about the campervan first.
