Using integrated solar panel, the Uvolt watch harvests solar energy and a removable solar charger can be used to charge your smartphone. Sounds cool? Let’s keep checking.
The Uvolt is an innovative and eco-friendly solar watch that only weighs 110 grams. As we can see from the images, the wrist watch shows off a low-profile and sleek appearance design, and the minimal lines and analog interface enable it to fit for various personal styles. Meanwhile, the watch comes in four optional colors including black, white, silver and rose gold.
The Uvolt Watch features an integrated solar panel under its watch hands, which collects solar energy in order to charge the watch and a removable tiny power bank. The power bank comes in four models based on different connectors including Lightning, microUSB, USB-C and Qi-enabled wireless charging, so you can use the backup battery to charge your smartphone or other mobile devices.
Furthermore, the watch band also features built-in batteries that can recharge the tiny power bank within 45 minutes, In addition to the solar panel, the wrist watch and removable power bank can be charged with a custom Qi-enabled wireless charging station.
The crowdfunding campaign for Uvolt Watch is ongoing via Kickstarter. You can pledge $119 to preorder the solar watch. It will be shipped in December 2017 (estimated) if reaching its funding goal.
