Toshiba has announced FlashAir III, their third generation wireless memory card. No doubt, the wireless SD card can bring more convenience than their NFC-enabled SDHC card for data transmission.
The FlashAir III is a WiFi enabled SD memory card that provides a handy way to share your videos, photos and files wirelessly. Using built-in WiFi connectivity, the SD card is capable of connecting with your WiFi-enabled smartphone or tablet without needing any cable of Internet connection in order to instantly share your files with ease. Moreover, built-in wireless LAN chip makes the wireless SD card accessible to wireless capable computers, smartphones or tablets, and it also supports simultaneous access from up to 7 devices. Apart from that, its custom app lets you handily manage your files.
The FlashAir III wireless SD card will be available in March this year, and for $79.99 for 16GB and $99.99 for 32GB. If you’re interested, jump to Toshiba official site for more details.
