Apparently there is no an ice cube tray that create these exquisite ice cubes in the world. The mini ice sculptures were built by CNC router technology. Pretty cool? Let’s go on for the CNC milled ice cubes.
TBWA/Hakuhodo, a Japanese creative agency created these awesome mini ice sculptures for Suntory, a Japanese whiskey company. As we can see from the images, each miniature ice sculpture was shaped as an exquisite shape including shark, Japanese temple, horse, guitar, highheels, astronaut, and more. Each mini ice sculpture was built using advanced CNC router, 3D printing, and unique Autodesk 123D app allowing you to capture 3D model by your iPhone or iPad. When placed in the whiskey, the ice sculpture looks more charming, but I would rather store it in my fridge than drink it off at once.
