At IFA Berlin, Sony has also announced two latest wearable devices – SmartBand Talk and SmartWatch 3. At first let’s go on checking what novel features have been packed in the smartband.
Sony SmartBand Talk SWR30 is a stylish smart band that measures 23.5mm width and 9.5mm thick, and weights 24g. As shown in the images, the smart band sports a sleek and compact design along with multiple optional fashionable tones and exchangeable wrist straps. Using built-in Bluetooth 4.0 technology, the smartband is able to pair with your Android phone, and built-in microphone and loudspeaker let you answer or make calls, while its voice command feature allows you to more easily interact with your SmartBand Talk, such as sending voice messages, making calls, reading text massages and etc. Moreover, the wristband also features a 1.4-inch E-ink display that lets you clearly see what is on your screen like notifications from your smartphone, activity info and more, and the SmartBand Talk doubles as a fitness tracker that can measures your activities and show you your movements and progress on its E-ink display. Apart from that, the smart band meets IP68 waterproof rating (up to 1.5m) and its rechargeable battery lasts up to 3 days of use time.
