Razer unveiled its concept Switchblade: a PC handheld game console earlier this year. Now the impressive Switchblade UI has been used in Razer’s Blade: the world’s first truing gaming laptop.
Razer Blade is an innovative gaming laptop that measures 16.81 x 10.9 x 0.88 inches and weights approx 6.9 pounds. The gaming laptop is powered by Intel Core i7-2640M processor, and comes with 8GB of 1333 MHz DDR3 RAM and 320GB 7200rpm SATA. For the best gaming experience, Razer Blade features 17.3″ LED backlit display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, NVidia GeForce 555M GT with 2GB GDDR5 and integrated graphics for mobile mode, while other specs also include HD webcam, 1 USB 3.0 port, 2 USB 2.0 ports, HDMI port, gigabit Ethernet port, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 3.0.
In addition to the cutting-edge tech specs, Razer Blade also features an all-new innovative user interface that allows you to bind all kinds of commands to 10 dynamic adaptive keys that can automatically change the icon overlays based on the game you’re playing. And the LCD panel below the keys can be used for the display of the in-game information. When not in the games, the LCD panel us also an ultra-sensitive multi-touch panel.
