The PEN E-PL8 is a budget-friendly interchangeable lens mirrorless camera that measures 4.6 x 2.7 x 1.5 inches and weighs 13.19 oz. As shown in the images, the digital camera shows off an eye-catching retro and compact design, and its ergonomic grip along with three optional colors not only delivers a comfortable grip for stable shoots, but also enables it to match different users’ lifestyles, and leatherette accents add some premium and luxurious aesthetics to the camera.
The mirrorless camera comes equipped with a 16.1MP Live MOS sensor and TruePic VII image processor in order to produce high-resolution stills and record full HD 1080p videos along with sensitivity up to ISO 25600, and it supports a top continuous shooting rate of 8.5fps in full-resolution.
Furthermore, its FAST autofocus system with 81 AF areas allows you to quickly focus subjects or track moving subjects, and its Small Target AF is designed to acquire focus in a smaller area for enhanced accuracy. Moreover, using 3-axis in-body VCM (voice coil motor) image stabilization, the mirrorless camera delivers stable shoots. In addition, other features also include 3.0″ 1.04-dot touchscreen LCD monitor, FL-LM1 flash and built-in WiFi connectivity for remote control and easy sharing photos and videos using smartphone or tablet.
