The smart mirror powered by Raspberry Pi only costs you approx $100, but you need to make it by yourself. Like the idea? Let’s keep checking.
Carl Gordon, a student in Media Design created the pretty cool smart mirror. The maker used a Raspberry Pi 3 model B with built-in WiFi connectivity as the brain of the smart mirror, and these is a 19″ desktop LCD display under its silver reflective window film in order to deliver a large area to display date, time, current weather conditions with icon and outside temperature, reminders and more. The maker spent $146 NZD (approx US$100) on completing the project, and other materials and tools also include picture frame, acrylic plastic sheet, 3D printer, laser cutter and more.

“Like the idea? Let’s keep checking.” It this supposed to be some sort of catch phrase or plain bad english?
