Appearance design
HTC U Ultra is a mid-range, large-screen smartphone that measures 162.41 x 79.79 x 3.6-7.99mm and weighs 170g. As we can see from the images, the handset shows off a slim and sleek design defined by its all-new, beautifully contoured, liquid surface and symmetrical construction, and its glass back reflects light in multiple layers for a unique and charming visual effect. Moreover, its smooth contours deliver a comfortable grip experience.
Performance and features
HTC U Ultra is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 64-bit up to 2.15GHz quad-core processor and comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB ROM with a microSD card slot supporting 2TB so it’s capsule of dealing with various apps, games and HD video playback.
Furthermore, the smartphone comes equipped with a 5.7″ QHD Super LCD display with 2560 x 1440 resolution, 513 ppi and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 (64GB version)/ Sapphire Glass (128GB version). With the large screen, the Android phone can deliver a more comfortable mobile viewing experience.
Moreover, HTC U Ultra also features a 2.05″ touchscreen above its main screen in order that you can conveniently access to the things which you use the most like top contacts, app shortcuts and more.
The smartphone has a 12MP UltraPixel 2 main camera that boasts PDAF + Laser focus, BSI sensor, optical image stabilization, f/1.8 aperture, and dual tone LED flash, which delivers high-quality mobile photography, and it supports 4K video recording with 3D audio. Its 16MP front-facing camera supports live make-up, selfie panorama and full HD 1080p video recording.
In addition, HTC U Ultra runs Android 7.0 OS with HTC Sense, and other features also include NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, 3000mAh rechargeable battery with Quick Charge 3.0, and USB-C port, but same as iPhone 7/7 Plus, the smartphone has no 3.5mm audio jack.
Price and availability
