HP announced multiple new PCs yesterday in Barcelona including Spectre x2, ENVY notebook, ENVY All-in-One, Pavilion gaming notebook, but the most appealing innovation is NEVY 8 Note, a 2-in-1 Windows tablet.
HP ENVY 8 Note is an innovative hybrid combined with the flexibility of tablet and the functionality of notebook. As we can see from the images, unlike those convertible laptop, ENVY 8 Note’s screen and keyboard are different in size, and there is a custom tablet holder in the back of the keyboard in order to keep the screen in place for protection and portability.
The Windows tablet runs Microsoft Windows 10 OS and is powered by an Intel Atom x5-Z8300 with Intel HD Graphics, clocking from 1.44GHz up to 1.84GHz in turbo mode and comes equipped with 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, microSD card slot for up to 64GB and a 8″ 1080p Full HD display in order that you can use it to smoothly run your various apps, watch videos and enjoy music on the go.
The aluminum full-size keyboard with trackpad has a custom slot on the top that can hold the Windows tablet in portrait or landscape viewing mode, and turning the tablet into a mobile workstation, and an included HP Active Pen stylus provides you enhanced productivity.
Moreover, the Windows tablet has a 2MP front-facing camera and a 5MP rear camera for video chat and capturing photos or videos. In addition, other features also include micro SIM card slot supporting 4G LTE, USB 2.0 OTG port, and up to 6.25 hours of battery life.
