According to the creator Michael Child, the wooden iPod dock speaker is made of a solid piece of oak that was cut out from a fallen tree when he hiked one morning, and then the maker creatively mounted two 2-inch drives from a pair of old apple speakers, which were respectively placed at the two ends of the dock speaker. Apart from that, the wooden dock speaker comes with a rear volume control and a AC plug. But note that, the speaker system doesn’t charge your iPod.
