In addition to Pixel Buds, Google has also announced Home Max, a new Google Assistant speaker. With its larger drivers, the speaker brings better audio performance than Google Home.
Google Home Max is a high-performance smart home speaker that measures 13.2 x 7.4 x 6.0 inches and weighs 11.7 lbs. As we can see from the images, the smart speaker shows off a minimal and elegant design style, and the acoustically transparent fabric and pudgy front panel deliver enhanced elegance and tranquility to blend well with various interior styles. The compact form factor allows you to easily deploy it on your desk, wall shelf, nightstand and any place in your house.
The Google Assistant speaker comes equipped with two 4.5-inch high-excursion dual voice-coil woofers and two 0.7-inches custom tweeters plus sealed rigid housing and caustic fabric in order to produce high-quality wireless stereo audio. Furthermore, as a smart speaker, Google Home Max automatically optimizes your audio playback based on different types of music and the surroundings.
Moreover, built-in WiFi and Bluetooth allow it to bring you over 35 million songs from YouTube Music, Spotify, Pandora and more. Google Assistant has been built in the speaker. In addition to remotely controlling your music playback with voice, you can also ask your Google Home Max questions or use it to control other Google Assistant compatible smart devices.
Google Home Max will be available for $399 USD. If you’re interested, jump to Google official site for its more details.
