At yesterday’s hardware event, Google also unveiled Chromecast Ultra, its latest media streamer supporting 4K video streaming.
The Chromecast Ultra follows the design of original Chromecast, so it delivers an ultra portable and sleek rounded appearance, but matte finish and simple “G” logo enable it to look more minimal and elegant.
Using an integrated flexible HDMI cable, you can easily attach the media streamer to your HDTV, and Chromecast Ultra features both WiFi and Ethernet connectivity that allows it to connect to the Internet.
The Chromecast Ultra supports up to 4K video streaming which delivers more detailed images along with richer colors, and whether your TV is 4K or HD, the media streamer can automatically optimize your content for optimal picture quality.
Furthermore, the media streamer also allows you to mirror your Android screen, turn your TV into a picture frame, or mirror any website, and it supports Google Home.
Moreover, using Google Cast app, Chromecast Ultra lets you enjoy lots of 4K-enable content from Netflix and YouTube, over 200,000 TV shows and movies and tones of music, apps and games.
Google Chromecast Ultra is priced at $69 and will be available soon. If you’re interested, jump to Google for its more details.
