Canon recently announced several new digital cameras including EOS 6D, PowerShot S110, SX50 HS, and G15. At first, let’s go on checking PowerShot G15, the high-end, advanced digital compact camera.
Canon PowerShot G15 is a compact digital camera that measures 4.20 x 2.99 x 1.58 inches and weights 12.4 oz (CIPA standard). As we can see from the images, PowerShot G15 features ultra portable, modern design, and comes with a 12.1-megapixel high-sensitivity CMOS sensor with Canon’s powerful DIGIC 5 image processor in order to bring you low-light performance up to ISO 12800, ultra-fast operation, and outstanding quality images, and newly developed 5x optical zoom (28mm-140mm) and bright f/1.8 (W) – f/2.8 (T) wide-angle lens allows you to capture more details into your photos up to 4000 x 2248 pixels resolution.
Moreover, using a dedicated movie button, you can also use PowerShot G15 to capture 1080p full HD video in stereo sound, and the integrated HDMI output allows you conveniently playback on HDTV. Apart from that, Canon PowerShot G15 also features a high-resolution 3.0-inch LCD display with an optical viewfinder, high-speed AF, high-speed burst HQ, and intelligent image stability.
