The all-new Echo Dot Kids Edition measures 3.9 inches diameter by 1.7 inches high and weighs 10.6 oz. As shown in the images, the kids edition has a same form factor as original all-new Echo Dot, while the rainbow fabric exterior allows it to catch every kid’s eye.
The kids edition comes with one-year subscription of FreeTime Unlimited that provides over 1,000 audible books, thousands of songs, and games and skills. After 1 year, the subscription will automatically renew at just $2.99/month. Of course, you can cancel it at any time.
Using the improved 1.6″ speaker, kids can enjoy their favorite auditable content, and it’s capable of filtering explicit content from Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, or Pandora. Alexa voice assistant will answer kids’ questions, tell them weather info, help them set alarms and timers and do more things.
