The Aware Bluetooth headphones not only delivers high-quality stereo audio, but also serves as an activity & sleep tracker and stress tracker with its built-in sensors. Cool? Let’s keep going.
The Aware is a pair of advanced and high-tech in-ear headphones. As we can see from the images, the Bluetooth earbuds show off an ultra compact and smooth design, and the ergonomic body is 3D printed by eFit scanner, which ensures the earbuds comfortably and steadily stay on your ears even when you exercise outdoors.
The wireless headphones come with a pair of wideband high fidelity acoustic transducers plus aptX and 24-bit high resolution audio support with 120MHz DSP in order to produce clear and balanced stereo audio, and built-in Bluetooth technology allows the headphones to wirelessly communicate with your smartphone or tablet, streaming your favorite music from the connected device. The Aware also has 16GB internal storage, so you can store your songs in the Bluetooth headphones without needing to take your smartphone with you.
More importantly, the Aware also features 9-axis IMU including an accelerometer, gyroscope, and compass with integrated digital motion processor, so it works as a sleep and activity tracker that monitors your heart rate, calories burned, speed, distance, steps, and cardio zone as well as sleep patterns with the info of your snore and teeth grinding. Meanwhile, the earbuds also comes equipped with 6 low impedance biopotential electrodes and red/infrared/green high sensitivity pulse ox sensor, which means the Aware can also track and display your real-time stress data and help you focus more effectively. In addition, the Aware is powered by a built-in 220mAh rechargeable battery that offers 5-6 hours of music playback.
The crowdfunding campaign for the Aware is ongoing via Kickstarter. You can pledge $199 to preorder the versatile Bluetooth headphones ($99 for its lite version). The Aware will be shipped in September this year. BTW, also don’t miss Specter smart wireless earbuds with fitness tracker and more related cool stuff by following tags.
