Sony has announced their latest addition to Cyber-shot series, the DSC-RX10 III. With its 20.1MP sensor and super-telephoto zoom lens, the long zoom camera delivers a free and comfortable photography experience.
The RX10 III is a premium and high professional long zoom camera that measures 5.2 x 3.7 x 5.0 inches and weights 2.41 lbs. As shown in the images, the digital camera shows off a sleek and ergonomic design that provides a comfortable and firm grip for long shooting sessions, and the robust magnesium-alloy body is weather-sealed to permit working in harsh environments.
The long zoom camera comes equipped with a large 1″ 20.1MP Exmor RS CMOS sensor and BIONZ X image processor in order to offer a wide array of sensitivity up to ISO 12800, quick image processing, quick continuous shooting, and efficient light gathering abilities. Meanwhile, its Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T 25x zoom lens spans a 24-600mm equivalent focal length range and has a variable maximum aperture of f/2.4-4 aperture for capturing clear, sharp and rich-colored photos and videos. Furthermore, the digital camera also features Optical SteadyShot stabilization, and a rounded nine-blade diaphragm produces smooth bokeh, and it can also focus as closely as 1.2″ with a 0.42x maximum magnification for shooting close-up subjects.
Moreover, the digital camera also supports 4K video recording at 30fps, and it comes with a tilting 3.0″ TFT LCD monitor and a high-resolution XGA OLED Tru-Finder. Using its manually-operated aperture ring, you can intuitively control over exposure settings. Additionally, built-in WiFi with NFC allows it to wirelessly connect with your smartphone or tablet for easy to share your photos and videos, and using its custom app, you can remotely control the camera for selfie, time lapse, motion shot and more creative shootings.
