Fujifilm has announced a new waterproof camera: FinePix XP200. If you want to take awesome underwater photos, the digital compact camera should be a nice solution.
Fujifilm FinePix XP200 is a waterproof camera that measures 4.6 x 2.8 x 1.2 inches and weights 8.2 oz (including battery and memory card). As we can see from the images, the digital camera features tough, rugged and compact design, and comes with 1/2.3 16-megapixel image CMOS sensor, 28mm – 140mm 5x optical zoom lens, 3-inch TFT LCD monitor with anti-reflective coating plus optical image stabilization, tracking auto focus, and advanced filters in order that you can easily take amazing photographs, and using built-in WiFi connectivity you can easily connect the compact camera with your computer, smartphone or tablet in order to conveniently share, backup or transmit your photos. Apart from that, the rugged camera meets IPX8 waterproof standard, this means you can use it up to 15m below water for 2 hours.
