Unlike those wearable fitness trackers that focus on your steps and activities, Cor health tracker delivers you health insights by measuring your blood chemistry. Sounds great? Let keep checking.
The Cor is an app-enabled and advanced health tracker that enables you to see inside your body. As we can see from the images, the health tracker is not designed to continuously track activities, so you don’t have to wear it on wrist all day, and it consists of two parts including Cor Cartridge and Cor Reader.
The Cor Cartridge works as a compact sampling device. Using its fine needle, the Cor Cartridge can quickly take a surface-level blood sample, and it won’t cause any pain. All you need to do is just press it anywhere against your arm for a blood sample.
The Cor Reader features a minimal and sleek appearance that can blend well with the interior decoration of your room. When you plug the cartridge in the reader, using their patented vibrational spectroscopic technology, the reader analyzes the sample.
Then all measuring data will be sent to your smartphone in order that you can use its companion app to view your overall health trends of key indicators including cholesterol (HDL, LDL, Total), fasting blood glucose, inflammation (fibrinogen) and triglycerides.
The Cor has been available for preorder via Indiegogo. You can pledge $179 to preorder the app-enabled health tracker. It will be shipped in October this year. BTW, also don’t miss the smart sleep tracker and more related cool stuff by following tags.
