Using a 2-in-1 head, xTool M1 desktop laser cutter, engraver and blade cutter allows to do more things with a wider range of materials. Let’s have a look if you like the idea.
xTool M1 measures 557 x 453 x 230mm and weighs 9.8kg. With the small footprint, the desktop laser cutter easily fits on your desk. Meanwhile, the sleek, minimalistic design ensures it blends well in any desktop setup.
The laser and blade cutter comes equipped with both laser and blade heads to bring you all laser engraving, laser cutting and blade cutting functions. Furthermore, its diode laser uses a FAC lens to make the laser spot smaller, from 0.15×0.18mm to 0.08×0.08mm, making the cutting and engraving more precise. And it delivers 385x300mm working area for laser (365x300m for blade).
Moreover, the desktop laser cutter and engraver features two diode lasers to achieve a higher laser cutting ability that allows it to cut basswood up to 8mm in one pass. A built-in 16MP camera ensures the laser and blade cutter provides precise and smooth operation, while AI auto-focus allows it to automatically recognize the material and measure the thickness. By detecting the shape of the material, it also supports batch processing.
The crowdfunding campaign for xTool M1 is ongoing on Kickstarter. We can pledge $699 to preorder the desktop laser cutter and blade cutter. It will be shipped in March 2022.
