Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 Tablet Boasts an Optional Windows 10 Version

Xiaomi has announced their latest tablet – Mi Pad 2. Compared with previous Mi Pad, the new tablet looks more steady and fashionable with its fully metallic design, and one of three version runs Windows 10 OS. Sounds cool? Let’s keep going.

The Mi Pad 2 is a high performance and budget friendly tablet that comes in three versions including two Android tablets and one Windows tablet. The Mi Pad 2 measures 132.6 x 200.4 x 6.95mm, weights 322g, and as shown in the images, the tablet features an ultra slim profile, and its housing is made of aluminum plus abrasive blasting in order to deliver you a durable and lightweight construction and comfortable touch feeling and add modern aesthetics to the tablet.

The Mi Pad 2 is powered by Intel Atom Z8500 quad-core processor (up to 2.2GHz) with Intel HD Graphics and comes equipped with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM, 16GB/64GB internal storage in order to deliver you fast response and smooth operation experience. In addition to Android OS, Mi Pad 2 is available in a version with Windows 10 OS which brings you integrated Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote and allows you access to more apps from Microsoft’s app store.

Furthermore, Mi Pad 2 has a 7.9″ display with 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution and 326 ppi pixel density for a comfortable viewing experience. And using 8MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1080p video recording and 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, you can captures clear and sharp photos and videos or make video chats with ease. In addition, built-in 6190mAh rechargeable battery offers up up 12 hours of video playback, and other specs also include USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 4.1, and dual band 802.11ac WiFi.
