JIP (Japan Industrial Partner) has been releasing several new VAIO laptops since they purchased the famous laptop brand. Now they has unveiled the first VAIO branded Windows 10 smartphone – VAIO Phone Biz.
The VAIO Phone Biz is a high performance and well-designed smartphone that measures approx 77 x 156.1 x 8.3mm and weights 167g. Unlike Microsoft’s Windows phones wrapped by plastic casings such as Lumia 950, the smartphone boasts an aluminum body that delivers more modern aesthetics and solid construction, and smooth back provides a comfortable grip.
The VAIO Phone Biz is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor plus 3GB RAM in order to deliver smooth operation and multimedia experience, and its 16GB on-board storage and memory card slot supporting 64GB can store numerous apps, songs add videos. Moreover, the Windows phone has a 5.5″ Full HD LCD display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, and similar with many mid-range smartphones, VAIO Phone Biz comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing camera.
The VAIO Phone Biz runs Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile OS. Using its pre-loaded Office 365, OneDrive, Azure, Skype for Business and more, the smartphone lets you deal with your work on the move. In addition, other specs also includes Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, microSIM, QC 3.0 fast charging, and 2,800mAh rechargeable battery.
