. I tried unsuccessfully to find a place to get the unit rerepiad. Finally, I contacted HP Support, only to be told they don’t repair their drives, but can only replace them. To send the drive to a data recovery service would have ended up costing me about three times what I paid for the drive. So, I sent it to HP and they are sending me a new unit.
