The VÜ Pulse is an advanced and versatile Pebble Time case designed to bring two new features to your Pebble Time or Pebble Time Steel. As we can see from the images, the protective case shows off a form-fitting and low-profile design, and it just adds approx 4.4mm to the thickness of the smartwatch and 3mm to the width. Meanwhile, the co-molded body protects your Pebble Time from bumps and scratches.
Furthermore, the VÜ Pulse case features a built-in heart rate monitor with two modes: Active and Passive. The Pebble Time case tracks your heart rate over a designated period in Active Mode, while the Passive Mode allows to measure your heart rate every 30 minutes, and all tracking data will be sent to Pebble Health in order to show you more detailed and accurate fitness data.
Moreover, the VÜ Pulse also features built-in Qi wireless charging technology, so you can use a wireless charger to charge your Pebble Time without any tangles or clutter of cables. In addition, the case uses the battery of your Pebble Time, but the battery life of your Pebble Time is only reduced by 8%.
The crowdfunding campaign for VÜ Pulse is on going via Kickstarter. You can pledge $39 to preorder the Pebble Time case. It will be shipped in August this year.
