No doubt, the Liberto W100 which Toshiba recently unveiled is one of the most innovative laptops. Because the traditional integrated keyboard has given place to an additional touch screen.
The Toshiba Liberto W100 measures 202 x 123 x 30.7 mm, comes with 7-inch dual touch screen. The W100 is powered by an Intel U5400 processor, and features 2GB RAM, 62GB SSD (solid state drive), an USB 2.0 port, MicroSD card reader, a 1MP HD webcam. The built-in rechargeable battery can offer up to 3.5 hours of use time.
Toshiba Liberto W100 runs on Window 7 Home Premium. Using the touch features of Windows 7, it can identify various touching acts, even allows the users to drag applications from one screen to another. Additionally, the two touch screens support both of landscape and portrait modes.
As for network, the mini laptop integrates WiFi connectivity and optional 3G.
Toshiba Liberto W100 is expected to be available in the UK this late summer. There is no word on the price and the release date in the US.
