Those old-school desktop computers with DOS has been out of date, but it’s worth to display one in your study. There is not enough space for the old machine? You may like to check the DOS edition computer built with LEGO bricks.
This is a pretty cool and well-designed LEGO building kit inspired by those retro computers running DOS OS in the 80s. As we can see from the images, the completed LEGO model delivers us an old-school desktop which consists of a horizontal computer case, a vintage CRT display, and a wired keyboard. Of course, all the parts are built with LEGO bricks, and the talented LEGO artist used these simple pieces to replicate lots of classic details from those old machines like floppy disk drives, curved screen with C:\_ and more, and when opening the case, you even can see its internal motherboard, PCI cards, and chips.
The old-school computer LEGO set totally contains 285 LEGO bricks and its custom-printed processor tile and display slopes add more realistic details to the LEGO creation. In addition, an extra tile allows you to switch one of the diskette drive to a hard disk.
The retro desktop computer LEGO set is priced at $72.50 USD. If you’re interested, jump to PowerPig’s Builds for its more details. BTW, also don’t miss the handmade LEGO table with storage bin and more related cool stuff by following tags.
