Outdoor Tech Design Lab has released Big Turtle Shell Ultra, its latest waterproof Bluetooth speaker. With integrated LED lantern and power bank, it’s ideal for various outdoor activities.

The Big Turtle Shell Ultra is a powerful and multi-functional waterproof speaker measures 288.76 x 159.88 x 113.70mm. As we can see from the images, the speaker follows the similar geometric appearance design with other models from Turtle Shell series, and the compact turtle shell-like design allows you to easily store it in your bag for easy carrying. Meanwhile, the speaker is built with a rugged, IPX7 waterproof housing so that you can take it almost anywhere without having to worry about it getting ruined by elements.

The Big Turtle Shell Ultra portable Bluetooth speaker comes equipped with two 70mm neodymium magnetic drivers with 20W output and 164x80mm passive bass radiator in order to produce high-quality 360-degree omnidirectional stereo sound. Using True Wireless technology, you even can wirelessly connect two Big Turtle Shell Ultras for more realistic stereo audio performance.

Furthermore, its built-in 8800mAh rechargeable battery not only offers over 12 hours of music playback, but also serves as a portable power bank to charge your mobile devices with an extra USB port. The team behind Big Turtle Shell Ultra is raising fund for the product on Kickstarter. We can pledge $107 to preorder the portable waterproof Bluetooth speaker. It will be shipped in August 2018.
