Using built-in sensors the splitsecnd smart emergency assistance helps keep you safer when you drive your car on the road, and built-in GPS tracks your car. Want to know more about the smart device? Let’s keep going.
The splitsecnd is a portable plug & play smart emergency assistance designed to provide crash response, 24/7 emergency assistance and GPS tracking in any vehicle. The tracking device shows off a low-profile and compact design, and using its 12V plug, it can be easily plugged into the 12V lighter outlet in your car, providing continuous detection and tracking.
The smart emergency assistance features the same type of sensor that triggers vehicle airbags, so it detects the impact of a crash and connects you to splitsecnd’s 24/7 emergency response center, and a built-in 4 hour backup battery ensures it’s workable when the car loses power in the event of a crash. Meanwhile, its built-in cellphone delivers two-way communication with their trained responders, and using its integrated help button, you can contact with the emergency response center, asking for help at any time.
Furthermore, splitsecnd also features built-in GPS and GLONASS in order to track your routes, encourage good driving habits and locate your car via its custom companion app. In addition, the user’s vehicle and medical info can be uploaded to the emergency center over TLS encryption algorithm, which ensures the user will get the most efficient and effective medical attention in a crash.
The crowdfunding campaign for 2nd generation splitsecnd is ongoing on Kickstarter. You can pledge $250 to preorder the smart emergency assistance with one year of 3G service. It will be shipped in June this year.
