Sony Xperia M is a 4-inch Android smartphone that measures 4.88 x 2.44 x 0.37 inches and weights 4.37 ounces. The smartphone runs on Google Android 4.1 Jelly Bean mobile operating system, and features a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus 1.7GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB internal storage, 4-inch FWVGA TFT display with 854 x 480 pixels resolution, 0.3-megapixel front-facing webcam, and 5-megapixel rear camera with Exmor RS sensor and LED flash, moreover, the Android phone also comes with One-touch NFC, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, DLNA, aGPS, FM radio with RDS, and microSD card slot as well 1750mAh rechargeable battery.
