Following Sondors original ebike, the startup unveiled their latest lightweight electric bike – THIN. With its charming design, 350W motor, 100% aluminum frame and other features, the ebike is abstracting more funds via Indiegogo.
The THIN is a stylish, practical and affordable electric bike that fits rider heights ranging from 5’2″ to 6’10”. Compared with their first electric bike, the THIN uses two 28″ x 1.5″ tires instead of over-wide all-terrain tires, which delivers a more sleek, urban-style look. Meanwhile, its frame is made of 100% aluminum for a durable and lightweight construction.
The THIN comes equipped with a 350W motor (250W for EU version) that offers a top speed of 20 mph, and its detachable 36V 8.7Ah Panasonic single-cell battery delivers up to 30-50 mile electric/ pedal assist range or up to 20-mile electric power range. Moreover, its ergonomic seat provides a comfortable riding experience, and an optional nylon belt delivers low maintenance and lubrication-free benefits.
The Sondors THIN has been available for preorder on Indiegogo. You can pledge $499 to preorder the electric bike. It will be shipped in May this year. BTW, also don’t miss the carbon fiber electric bike and more related cool stuff by following tags.
