Razer Phone 2 is the successor to last-year original Razer Phone. The new gaming smartphone measures 6.2 x 3.1 x 0.3 inches and weighs 7.7 ounces. As we can see from the images, as a hardware update, these is not much change on the appearance, but the dual rear cameras have been moved to the upper center on the back, and it’s available in two sublime finishes including 64GB classy mirror back and 128GB rugged stain finish. Razer Chroma has been integrated under the illuminated Razer logo to keep it cool especially at night, and you can customize the RGB lighting via Chroma Configuration app. The Chroma lighting can also be synced with your notifications.
Razer Phone 2 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor with Adreno 630 GPU and comes equipped with 8GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage with a microSD slot supporting 1TB, so it’s able to effortlessly handle various games, apps and multimedia playback. Its Razer Cortex Mobile app helps you discover popular games and utilize Game Boost software for launching games and optimization.
Razer Phone 2 has a 5.7″ UltraMotion 120Hz 1440 x 2560 IGZO display in order to provide a 50% brighter display and better color accuracy for a more comfortable mobile viewing experience. The front-facing dual stereo speakers supports both HDR and Dolby 5.1 digital surround sound, which deliver ideal listening experience whether you watch your favorite movies or play games on the go. Moreover, its dual rear camera system features dual 12MP Sony IMX sensors, and a rear camera supports a 120fps video frame rat, while the front facing camera supports 60fps FHD video.
