Same as many famous cartoon characters and structures, the iconic floating house in animated film UP produced by Pixar has come to our real world.
Several days ago, at a private airfield east of Los Angeles, National Geographic Channel and a team consisting of scientists, engineers, and two world-class balloon pilots successfully launched a house measuring 4.8 x 4.8 x 5.5 m along with 300 helium-filled weather balloons. And the floating house reached an altitude of 3,000 m over California’s High Desert for a new National Geographic Channel series named How Hard Can It Be. After the break, check out the rest photos.
