The Pi is a multi-purpose battery case that works with iPhone 7 and iPhone 6/6s. The iPhone case measures 148.5 x 71.4 x 14.3mm and weighs 80g. As shown in the images, the battery case has a sleek and slim appearance design along with two discreet and elegant color options. Meanwhile, the smooth back contours and matte finish let you comfortably and firmly hold your handset in your hand.
The Pi iPhone 7 battery case comes equipped with a 2400mAh rechargeable battery, and it also features built-in battery AI that allows it to automatically charge your phone when the phone battery is low. The iPhone case also features an accelerator that knows when you flip it over in order to automatically light up the LED indicator.
Furthermore, the iPhone 7 case also serves as a universal remote that supports over 200,000 models of televisions, air conditioners, audio/video devices and more. Using its custom app, the case easily recognizes your existing remotes and apply the functions from the remote to your iPhone. Using the Quick Button on the back of the case, you can quickly control up to 3 most used devices, or you can also use the button to activate the functions on your phone like taking a picture, invoking the voice assistant, and more. The app stores all your infrared devices and it supports voice control, so you can use your voice to turn on the light, adjust temperature and more.
In addition, the Pi iPhone 7 battery case has an extra 3.5mm audio jack that allows your phone to work with 3.5mm audio connector equipped earbuds and headphones. An included magnetic wall mount let you attach your phone on the wall for handsfree viewing and neat charging. Of course, it’s also durable enough to protect your handset from bumps and scratches.
The team behind Pi is raising fund for the product on Indiegogo. We can pledge $59 to preorder the battery case with a magnetic wall mount. The bundle was expected to be shipped in September 2017.
