Using built-in Bluetooth technology, the tracker wirelessly connects with your smartphone. Its custom app offers a series of fun exercise games, and each level is designed by world-class pelvic floor disorder specialists. When you play the games by using your pelvic floor muscles, the tracker will help you exercise the muscles, preventing you from some health issues caused by the muscular flaccidity such as incontinence, back and pelvic pain and more. Of course, strong pelvic floor muscles also help you and your partner achieve a healthy sexual response.

Furthermore, its custom app tracks your programs, and using four key metrics: force, endurance, reflex and agility, it assesses your pelvic floor performance in order to deliver personalized training program. The Bluetooth tracker is designed for 1000 training sessions of 10 minutes. If you use it 3 times a week, the Perifit can last at least 5 years.
