The OLO is the world’s first ultra portable 3D printer that measures 6.8 x 4.5 x 5.8 inches and weights 1.7 lbs. As we can see from the images, the OLO is undoubtedly the smallest 3D printer except those handheld 3D pens, and unlike all current 3D printers, the OLO needs to works with your smartphone, and it’s compatible with smartphones pf almost any size of brand like iPhone 6s Plus, Galaxy S7 and more.
Using its custom adapter, the OLO can completely cover your smartphone, turning it into a platform to hold your 3D creations, and the 3D printer has no integrated container to hold cartridges. What you need to do is pour colloidal resin in your favorite color onto the bottom of its middle 3D printing chamber measuring 3.0 x 5.0 x 2.0 inches, then using its unique 3D printing technology, the top mechanical part will print out your creation in the sealed chamber.
Furthermore, its X-Y resolution can reach up to 0.042mm, and the Z resolution is up to 0.036mm. The 3D printer is compatible with a variety of free 3D apps, so you can easily create your own 3D designs, or using a scan app turns an existing object into 3D model. In addition, the OLO is a battery powered 3D printer plus its lightweight and portable design so that you can enjoy 3D printing anywhere you go.
