Nokia Lumia 625 is a 4.7-inch 4G/LTE10-ready Windows phone that measures 133.25 x 72.25 x 9.15mm and weights 159g. Lumia 625 runs on Microsoft Windows Phone 8 mobile operating system, and comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 512MB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 4.7-inch WVGA 201ppi IPS LCD display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution, VGA front-facing camera and 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash. Moreover, other specs also include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS & GLONASS, microSD card slot supporting up to 64GB, and 2000mAh rechargeable battery.
