At the same time with the announcement of V10 smartphone, LG also unveiled their latest smartwatch – LG Watch Urbane 2. With its new cellular connectivity, you can use the smart watch without needing to connect with your Android phone.
LG Watch Urbane 2 is an advanced and fashionable smartwatch that runs Google Android Wear OS. Compared with original LG Watch Urbane, the new smartwatch shows off a more elegant and stylish design presented by its smooth bezel and multiple optional bands in different materials, and the rounded hairline-etched stainless steel casing emits classic and timeless style and premium feeling.
The smartwatch is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 1.2GHz processor and comes with 768MB LPDDR3 RAM and 4GB ROM for smooth operation experience and abundant storage capacity for your apps, songs and more. The LG Watch Urbane 2 has a 1.38-inch full circle P-OLED display with 348ppi, 480 x 480 pixels resolution and a diameter of 44.5mm in order to show you various notifications from your connected smartphone, and 16 watch face let you watch time in a personalized way. It’s worth mentioning the new LG Watch Urbane has a cellular version. With your SIM card, the smartwatch can work independently without connecting with your phone.
Furthermore, using built-in sensors and heart rate monitor, the LG Urbane 2 works as a fitness tracker that tracks your daily movements, stress level and heart rate and shows you workout tips based on your profile. In addition, three metal buttons adorn the right side of the smartwatch so you can quickly access your contacts, LG Health and apps list. And LG’s latest 570mAh hexagonal battery has been packed in the smartwatch, which lasts throughout the day and more.
