For its 100th birthday Leica Camera has announced a new T camera system. The first product is the following Leica T interchangeable lens mirrorless camera. Curious? Let’s keep checking.
Leica T is a premium product of a partnership with Audi. As shown from the images, the mirrorless camera sports a pretty cool unibody design and smooth sides provide a comfortable ergonomic grip experience. Inside, the interchangeable lens camera features a 16.5-megapixel APS-C sensor with a sensitivity range from ISO125-12500 in order to ensure high quality imaging, and using built-in WiFi connectivity you can conveniently share your photos with friends, and remote function allows you to use your smartphone or tablet as a wireless electronic viewfinder. Apart from that, Leica T also comes with built-in 16GB memory and 3.7-inch LCD touchscreen. As for lenses, Leica will released four lenses including Vario-Elmar-T 18-56mm f/3.5-5.6 ASPH, Summicron-T 23mm f/2 ASPH, Super-Vario-Elmar-T 11-23mm f/3.5-4.5 ASPH, and Vario-Elmar-T 55-135mm f/3.5-4.5 ASPH, apart from that, using M-Adapter T six-bit coded M-Lenses can be used on Leica T.
