i’mWatch is the first smart watch powered by Google Android. i’mWatch measures 55 x 40 x 9mm, weights 70g, and comes with a Freescale ARM9 IMX233 processor, 64MB RAM, 4GB flash memory, a 1.54-inch TFT touch screen with 240 x 240-pixel resolution, and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections.
