The HiBy R6 is a powerful smart HiFi music player powered by a customized Android OS. The Android music player measures 2.6 x 4.57 x 0.59 inches and weighs 0.61/ 0.42 lbs (stainless steel/aluminum alloy). As shown in the images, the player shows off a lightweight and compact design, and its body is made from aluminum alloy or 316L stainless steel for durability and modern aesthetic style. Of course, the aluminum version features a lighter design, while the stainless steel model delivers a more solid construction.
The Hi-Res music player features dual ESS flagship ES9028Q2M DAC chips, two OPA1612 and two TPA6120A chips in order to deliver high-quality hi-fi audio, and it supports most Hi-Res lossless formats including FLAC, APE, WMA, WAV, ALAC, Apple LOSSLESS, DSF, DSDIFF, PCM up to 384Khz/32bit, DSD 128/256 and ISO DSD. Using built-in Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX technology, the music player allows you to enjoy CD-like wireless audio, and its dual headphone ports support both standard 3.5mm earphones and 2.5mm balanced headphones.
Furthermore, the smart music player runs customized Android OS that allows you to enjoy your favorite music via various music apps like Spotify, Tidal, Deezer and more. And 32GB internal storage and a microSD card slot store your favorite apps and songs. In addition, the R6 can be connected to a computer or smartphone as a USB DAC or used as a HiFi transport for your audio system. Other features also include 4.2″ touchscreen display, 12 hour battery life, and USC-C charging port.
The team behind HiBy R6 has raised enough fund for the product on Indiegogo. We can pledge $479 to preorder the Android HiFi music player. It will be shipped in March 2018.
