In addition to HERO5 and HERO5 Session, GoPro has also released Karma, its latest flying drone, and the drone supports the two latest action cameras and HERO4, which delivers high-quality aerial videos and photos.
The Karma is an advanced and portable camera drone that measures 12 x 16.2 x 4.6 inches and weighs 35.5 oz. As shown in the images, the GoPro’s drone has a sleek, minimal appearance, and its foldable design allows you to easily store the drone in an included backpack with a built-in shoulder mount for your HERO action camera, so you can take the drone anywhere you go with ease.
The flying drone delivers a top speed of 35mph, 14,500′ maximum flight attitude and 22mph maximum wind resistance, and its rechargeable battery offers up to 20 minutes of flight time. Using an included game-styled controller, you can easily control your Karma within 3280′ range, and the integrated 5″ touchscreen display not only delivers a real-time, first-person view what Karma sees during flight, but also lets you enjoy more intuitive touch control.
Using a detachable gimbal with pro-quality stabilizer, the flying drone is compatible with HERO5, HERO5 Session and HERO4 action cameras and capable of delivering stable video recording. Moreover, the Karma also features an included grip that works with the detachable gimbal, and it’s mountable on the backpack and supports various GoPro mounts in order to more freely use the gimbal to record smooth videos during your adventure.
