The Instinct is a well-designed and versatile GPS smartwatch that weighs 52g. Garmin Instinct comes equipped with 3-axis compass, barometric altimeter and multiple global navigation satellite systems including GPS, GLONASS and Galileo in order to provide more detailed tracking info, and its TracBack feature helps you navigate the same route back to your starting point. Using Garmin Explore website and app, you can conveniently plan your trips in advance. Furthermore, it serves as a fitness tracker with heart rate monitor to track your heart rate, activity and stress, and preloaded activity profiles provide detailed tracking for running, biking, swimming and more.
Moreover, built-in Bluetooth technology allows it to wirelessly communicate with your iPhone or Android phone so that you can check notifications from your phone on your wrist, and it supports text response and rejecting phone calls with text.
