This is a very adorable special edition Android mini figure designed by Scott Tolleson. As we can see from the images, the seasoned artist designed the Android droid based on Jack Frost, a cute winter sprite from the classic stop motion animated television special with the same name. Similar with Jack Frost, Frankie Frost Android droid also features blue-oriented design, and comes with an interesting crown on his head. Apart from that, same as other Android collectible figures, Frankie Frost measures 3 inches tall and has a pair of movable arms.
