The FlipFlic is an innovative and advanced smart controller that comes in two models for any horizontal and vertical blinds, and it works with 1″/25mm mini blinds up to 78″ (200cm) wide and 2″/50mm blinds up to 60″ (152cm) wide. As we can see from the images, both models show off a compact and minimal appearance, and you can easily install each of them onto your window blinds.

Using a built-in 3-6V motor, the smart controller is capable of rotating tilting mechanism of blinds up to 60″ (152cm) wide. More importantly, FlipFlic comes equipped with temperature sensor, ambient light sensors and timer, so it can automatically adjust the window blinds based on sunlight and temperature, and built-in Bluetooth 4.0 technology allows it to wirelessly communicate with your smartphone, so you can set schedule for your window blinds or remotely control them by your smartphone, and using ZigBee, the FlipFlic can be connected to your smart home system.

Moreover, the smart window blinds controller also features a portable solar charger that can be installed beside your FlipFlic, so you won’t worry about it running out of juice. Apart from that these, its LED indicator shows you power status, battery status and Bluetooth connectivity status.

The crowdfunding campaign for FlipFlic in ongoing via Kickstarter, and it has reached its funding goal. Now you can pledge $85 to preorder the smart controller for window blinds.
