Fitbit Charge 3 is a beautifully crafted and advanced smart fitness tracker that’s available in two sizes. The small model fits wrists 5.5″ – 7.1″ in circumference, and the large one fits wrists 7.1″ – 8.7″ in circumference. As we can see from the images, the wearable shows off a stylish and elegant appearance design, and four optional color schemes allow it to meet more personal preferences. Meanwhile, the band is interchangeable and comes in three different materials in order to fit for different occasions and styles.
Fitbit Charge 3 is designed to track your daily activities and calories burned, and its automatic exercise recognition allows it to automatically recognize and record your exercises like runs, swims, elliptical and more with SmartTrack. And you can also choose from over 15 goal-based exercises like run, bike, swim, yoga, circuit training and more. The water resistant design allows you to swim in the pool or take a shower with the wearable. Furthermore, an integrated touchscreen backlit display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 shows you real-time pace, distance, heart rate, and more info.
Moreover, if you’ve been sitting too long, it will remind you to move for healthy habits. Its guided breathing sessions based on your heart rate help you relax your stress and calm mood. Built-in Bluetooth technology allows it to communicate with your smartphone so that you can conveniently check calls, calendar, text and smartphone app notifications on your wrist, and Fitbit Pay makes your payments easy and secure. In addition, its rechargeable battery offers up to 7-day battery life between charges.
