Louis Berger, a German industrial designer created the design concept named as Duo. As shown in the images, the Duo looks like a pair of true wireless earbuds, but the earbuds use bone conduction technology to transfer sounds directly into the auditory canal.

Furthermore, the bone conduction earphones feature built-in heart rate sensor and an image processor to monitor your heart rate, the frequency of blood flow and blood pressure. Using built-in LTE connectivity, you can use the earbuds to make phone calls.
Moreover, using built-in motion sensors, the Duo interacts with your head micro-gestures, and it ca also be controlled using on-device tap and swipe gestures.

As a pair of modular earbuds, the Duo features multiple pairs of interchangeable ear loops. The health loops provide enhanced fitness tracking, the aid loops deliver hearing aid, while the ear loops double as antenna elements for boosting signal.
