The DoBox Mini is an innovative and versatile docking station that measures 5.12 x 2.52 x 0.71 inches and weighs 5.71 ounces. As we can see from the images, the aluminum casing delivers minimal modern aesthetics and a solid and lightweight construction. Meanwhile, the compact and slim form factor lets you easily slide it in your pocket for portability.
The wireless docking station comes equipped with an Ethernet port in order to join in your home network, then using its companion app, you can unlock all features of the dock on your iPhone or iPad. Furthermore, the hub has two USB port and an HDMI port so that you can connect various external devices with your iOS device like mouse, keyboard, USB flash drive and more. When connecting to an HDTV, your iPhone or iPad acts as a remote controller to control your videos, presentations and pictures from its internal storage.
Moreover, the hub allows you to conveniently share and manage files among your devices including iPhone, iPad, Mac and PC, and it has 32GB internal storage. In addition, a 3.5mm audio output allows it to connect with a wired speaker, and it also comes with a microSD card reader and a USB-C charging port.
The team behind DoBox Mini is raining fund for the product on Kickstarter. We can pledge $99 to preorder the wireless hub. It will be shipped in July this year.
